Web 2.0 catalog feeds

I found the feeds on the catalog to be hard to find and confusing to use...when I finally found the page and clicked on the feed links I was disappointed to get a page of html code... see the following:

This is not an easy way to read the information and I dont think the patrons will be excited to come back.
